Entrepreneur, software developer and PauseAI initiator Joep Meindertsma (NRC wrote a piece about him and other activists last month) will talk about his work trying to prevent AI doom scenarios, and he will give ideas about how to channel your worries and become and activist, too. This talk is hosted by Existential Risk Observatory between 19.30 and 20.30, followed by more discussions over drinks (that good old Dutch “borrel”).
